The former Hamei Ein Gedi bathing beach, also known as Sea of Spa, is closed. Do not travel to this location expecting access to a public Dead Sea beach.
Synergy Spa at Ein Gedi Hotel is a separate hotel spa. It is not the former shoreline bathing site.
If you want to enter the Dead Sea, choose a currently declared beach and check its status and lifeguard hours before leaving. Use only a declared beach during supervised bathing hours.
