Don your apron; let’s chop, season and stir, roll vine leaves and stuff locally grown peppers.
Also on the rich, Turkish menu, inspired by the kitchen of Korin’s mother, are bourekas, bulemas and the traditional sweets, kadaif, baklava and jams. When we’re finished, we’ll sit down to enjoy a sumptuous meal of all these delicacies prepared with our own hands.
The cooking workshop is suitable for small groups, office fun days, manager’s outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, tourists and tour groups in the Dead Sea region, and for group birthday outings.
The workshop can be combined with a trail hike or a fascinating agricultural tour.
Participants learn cooking techniques, enjoy food tastings, and also strengthen their sense of connection via the joys of the kitchen.
With an exciting new palette of flavors and textures to discover, from the steaming pots to the fresh cut herbs, life seems even more beautiful.
Looking forward to welcoming you in my kitchen,
Korin
